Oksana Grigorieva is in trouble now, but this time the fact is not with her ex Mel Gibson. This time his battle with her lawyer. She and her layer is in fight now. TMZ reports that she never paid her layer’s fees on a $15 million settlement. She signed with her layer but then she disavowed.

TMZ says that Oksana has refused to pay George and filed legal documents trying to dismiss his claim, but the motion was denied. So she is in big trouble.
